Can there be more than one outstanding CSME message sent to Mindspeed device?
The Comcerto device accepts only one outstanding CSME message PER channel. CSME is a channelized protocol. For example, you can send one CSME message to channel 3 while still waiting for the CSME ACK packet for channel 7. Please note that the Supervisor channel is for all device-level commands (including SUPVSR_CREATE_CHANNEL) and there can only be one outstanding Supervisor CSME message at a time.
