Can there be long term health issues like Bipolar or Schizophrenia?
No-one knows about this. Children who have had a traumatic birth and post natal period may present with some manifestations of autism. Whether this is due directly to the condition or hospitalisation is not known. We have no information on schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
