Can there be good witches?
Witches are people. Being a good or bad witch is being a good or bad person. In general, if you use your abilities to help others, solve problems without making more of them, and generally leave the world a bit better than you found it, then you are a good witch. Btw, witchcraft is a practice that doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with any particular religion.
There are no good witches OR bad witches. Witches practice their craft according to their need. If someone is sick, they help them with their craft. This doesn’t necessarily make them good. If someone they love is being hurt by another, the Witch will defend them with their craft. This doesnt necessarily make them bad. Are you a good Christian or a bad Christian when you pray? In Witchcraft, there is NO devil…there are no deities at all. It’s a practice, not a religion. The Devil is a Christian deity, and cannot be worshipped by those who do not believe in it, any more than a Christian can worship the God Ra.
