Can there be drastic world change without war?

No there can’t really be look at the fact the UN is blocking progressive wourld change. If you look at all the major changes and inovations throguht histroy they all came from war. We wouldn’t have the jet engine if it wern’t for WW2. If WW2 never happened we wouldn’t have most of the progressive social change we have now. If the Romans never went to war and took over europe and taught the natives most of the wourld wouldn’t exist as we know it today and my last example is that if we never did the American revlation or the cival war we would still be British subject and we would still be slave traders. my point is throught histroy wars no matter how grousim and sad they were in the end they endened up changing the wourld for the greater good.
