Can the Youth Bureau provide opportunities for young people interested in community service and/or volunteering?

Yes. The Youth Bureau can organize a Town wide youth Council compromised of high school – aged youth. They meet to plan and implement youth opportunities within the Town. The Youth Council assists the INTERFACE program (see youth bureau under the Town website), and they are welcome to apply for appointment to the Town of Brookhaven Youth Board.
