Can the WRL Reward Card ever have a negative balance?
Any authorization request that is greater than the card’s available balance will be declined. However, there can be times when a merchant forces an item through without prior authorization. If this happens and your card recipient exceeds the card’s limit, you or your recipient may be billed for the excess amount, plus applicable service fees.
