Please advise the Reservations clerk if you have specific needs and to see whether The Westland is best suited to your needs. • A lift to all floors which has Braille buttons for the partially sighted. • There are 3 entrance steps into the Hotel and a mobile ramp is available for assistance. • There are 3 ground floor rooms if preferred, one of which is more suited to those in wheelchairs with low level switches, plenty of turning space in both the room and bathroom [grab rails over bath/shower and toilet] Most suited to those traveling with carers. Please also bear in mind that currently the Hotel’s restaurant is only open for Breakfast although the staff are more than willing to provide sandwiches and snacks when possible.
