Yes. Call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-300-9401 for the Visa® Simon Giftcards® issued by US Bank and 1-866-885-6320 for Visa Simon Giftcards issued by MetaBank to cancel the Giftcard as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to know your Gftcard number, so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. After you cancel the Giftcard, we will send you a replacement Giftcard with the remaining balance minus a $15 replacement fee.
