Absolutely. The brackets are made from 16-gauge G-185 hot-dipped galvanized steel and can be used inside or out. GoPro uses a triple-zinc coating process that is compatible with all treated lumber, including wood with ACQ preservatives, CBA-A and CA-B, and sodium borate.
