No. Tribal legislation exists to impart the Trial Court with this authority, but under this law the Trial Court must seek the recommendation of the Ho-Chunk Nation Child Support Enforcement Agency, which currently does not exist. Child Support Enforcement Code, 4 HCC § 7.21, 25i.
