The TRF6900 is NOT a single frequency device. There is a fully programmable synthesizer on chip. The TRF6900 is able to operate in a “multi channel system” (FHSS system) as is often used in the US 915MHz ISM band. The TRF6900 has no “collision detection”, this must be added externally.
