Yes. The Tivoli Provisioning Manager software compares the time on the provisioning server and the target computers relative to Greenwich Mean Time rather than on local time: for example, GMT+1, GMT-6. As long as the time difference between the server and targets is no more than two hours apart, as specified in GMT notation, then the Tivoli Provisioning Manager software will be able to install agents on the targets. For example, 10a.m. at GMT-5 and 7a.m. at GMT-8 is good, but 10a.m. at GMT-5 and 10a.m. at GMT-8 is not.
