Can the timed subject matter outline be very general?
No. The timed subject matter outline should be very specific, and show both the amount of time spent on each topic and the reference to the course materials for that topic. If different delivery methods are used, each should be included (for example, if a course on Basic Grounding is delivered by lecture and also by video, the provider must submit two timed subject matter outlines, one for each type of delivery).
