CAN THE TAPED PHONE CALLS BE USED AGAINST SCOTT PETERSON?
We like to think that our phone calls and conversations can’t be taped unless there is a formal wiretap order or we give our permission. But is this true? California Penal Code 632 makes it a crime to record a conversation without the consent of ALL PARTIES.
