Yes, the Focus hand piece for external lesions is designed to be re-used after sterilization. The 1.65 meter bare fiber tips will become dull and less effective in energy delivery with use, but the Stripper and Cutter accessories will allow you to cut (or cleave) the worn tip, during and between procedures, to restore the fibers original pristine, energy delivery capabilities. The number of re-uses for the bare fibers depends upon the number of cuts made and the desired length of the fiber. Of course, the fibers should be re-sterilized between uses.
