No, the Super DigiBin is designed to get its power from the built-in lithium battery. The AC power is only used to recharge the battery. The Super DigiBin is currently not able to switch between AC and battery power. That’s why it is ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL that the battery is sufficiently charged to ensure smooth operation and to avoid data lost.
