Can the subscription be cancelled at any time?
Cancellation is not a provision for Genealogy subscriptions. There will be NO REFUNDS available at this subscription level – whether the subscriber has pre-paid or is paying monthly by credit card. However, subscribers paying monthly by credit card will not be penalized directly if they request to default on the subscription and cancel future monthly payments. Under these circumstances, there will be NO REFUNDS for charges already incurred, and these subscribers will be required to pre-pay an annual subscription in order to return to the service in the future.
