Pegasus ExpressSM uses an IRU (Indoor Receiving Unit) and an ITU (Indoor Transmitting Unit), included in the installation hardware, to permit the PC to access the Internet via satellite. A subscriber may use a NIC card in the primary PC to provide satellite Internet access to other computers in the household through a local area network. A NIC card in the primary PC cannot replace the ITU and IRU.
