If the StreemMaster overflows check to ensure the drain hose is not restricted in some way (ie. creased). It is possible for the StreemMaster to overflow if the water flow from the shower is too great. This could be caused by a shower head with the water saver and mesh filter removed. In modern shower heads you cannot usually remove these. The StreemMaster has been carefully engineered and tested so this won’t happen. Thus, this would be a very unusual situation and if should happen, you can still use the douche, simply reduce the output of the shower.
