Can the Stream play MP3 books from Overdrive?
A. Yes. Overdrive is now offering some recorded books in MP3 format which does play on the Stream. If your library offers Overdrive MP3 books you can download the MP3 files of a multi-part MP3 book and put those files in a subfolder of $VROtherBooks. To do this, use the Overdrive Media Console software. On the screen where you choose which parts of the book to transfer, press the Advanced button. You will be placed on a screen where you can choose the folder you want to use. The benefit of reading a multi-part MP3 book on the Stream is that your reading position is saved since all the files are treated as one book when you save them in a subfolder of $VROtherBooks.
