Can the Step One Survey be used to create hiring benchmarks for my company?
A. Yes and No. After using this tool on many applicants, you can review those who were hired and see if there is a correlation between their scoring and performance. Once you have seen the average scores of those who have done well in your organization, you can then use this as a standard for future Step One Assessments.
