See www.nohvcc.org. • Tom Metsa of the Colorado OHV program has recently spent $1 million on maintenance crews on Federal land. • Nevada is having problems getting BLM to even do maintenance of existing routes. • Texas is helping nonprofit groups form so that they can develop the ability to manage recreation areas. Texas has given them $2.5 million in grants to the Texas Motorized Trails Coalition, acquired major riding sites, and have given funding for them to purchase another 3,300 acres in west Texas. • Indiana has purchased and developed former mining land now called Gypsum City Riding Area. The
