Section 7299.2 gives the SPB authority to inform state agencies of their responsibilities under the Act and provide them with technical assistance. The SPB Bilingual Services Program (BSP) is designed to provide agencies with guidance and technical assistance. The Act allows for the SPB to request additional information through Section 7299.6.
