Can the sixth sense be explained physically?

0

July 9, 2009 Question: I have been wondering if the sixth sense simply is the brains ability to translate impulses (sounds, light, nerve impulses, taste and smells) into something recognizable. Or rather if the sixth sense is simply the sensing of electrical impulses, in different areas of the brain. This sensing could perhaps also be caused by electrical or magnetic fields, within the brains response range, making recognizable patterns flow so we get information we couldn’t know otherwise. I use my sixth sense in my daily living, for all kinds of things so I’m a believer, but I do not think that it is some mysterious extraordinary power. It might actually be explained physically.
