Call Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-300-9401 to cancel the Giftcard as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to know your Giftcard number, so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. After you cancel the Giftcard, we will send you a replacement Giftcard with the remaining balance minus a $5 replacement fee. Customer Service toll-free number is 1-866-885-6320.
