Call Customer Service toll-free at to cancel the Giftaccount as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to know your Giftaccount number, so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. After you cancel the Giftaccount, we will give you a replacement gift account with the remaining balance minus a $5 replacement fee.
