Yes, please contact the shRNA Core to discuss the composition and quantity desired of your custom pool or pools. Also, please provide a list of shRNAs either by name an accession numbers, or if possible, by name and V2LHS IDs (Open Biosystems). Designing custom pools can often be difficult, if you are interested in targeting a specific pathway, ABI has put together several “virtual lists” corresponding to various biological pathways, which may be a useful resource for your pool designs.
