Can the section headers at the top of the page be set to always display a certain number of sections regardless of the screen size?

Depending on the width of the window we can fit ‘x’ number of sections in a row. If there are enough sections to create two full rows in the current window size we have two rows. Otherwise there is only one row of sections with the extra going into the MORE menu.
