VoiceCode Document Management automatically attaches documents to the correct patient record. The local fax machine, printer, server and scanner are integrated with VoiceCode Document Management, ensuring fast transfer of incoming and outgoing records into electronic format. All incoming faxes are uploaded directly into VoiceCode Document Management without scanning. Once in the system, documents can be organized and indexed more efficiently than paper medical records.
