Yes they can. The Rephouse line of rubber flooring products includes the PolyFlex Universal floor system for indoor use and the PolyFlex system for outdoor use. Both the PolyFlex Universal and PolyFlex floor systems can be configured for a wide range of uses from basketball & multi purpose to tennis. Other products such as the DuraMax polypropylene carpet tile can also be used outdoors.
