Can the RSPB help?
Volunteering is an ideal way to get relevant experience to help start a career in conservation. Many RSPB nature reserves offer residential volunteering on a reserve. These involve volunteering for as little as one week, up to three, six or twelve months, if you wish. A high percentage of people who’ve been involved as full-time volunteers successfully move on to paid employment in their chosen field.
