Can the rocket be used as a weapon or to shoot down an airplane?
No. Laws prevent these rockets from carrying explosive warheads. Furthermore, the rockets do not have an active guidance system, therefore it would be nearly impossible to aim the rocket at an object or airplane and hit it. Nevertheless, we at Dream Launch will never launch a rocket anywhere near an aircraft. The rockets cannot be modified to include a guidance system, so prospective terrorists need not apply. If you want a guided missile, you’d have to buy a PAC-3 system for many millions of dollars. Good luck getting the U.S. government to sell you one.
