Can the RMA number or CTMP quote number be used to submit the pickup request in CPR?

The RMA number should be used to request pickup. The CPR Tool currently accepts the RMA number or TMP quote number, but the RMA number is preferred to make sure the trade-in gear is received for the appropriate RMA number so the RMA can be closed.
