Can the Requisition Creator receive the goods in BFSv9?
The best practice recommendation is that you separate these duties where you can. However, a Requisition Creator can receive the goods in BFS. Selecting the appropriate receivers is a departmental choice. Where appropriate you may chose to give BFS access to the person actually receiving the goods or you may develop an off line process that routes back to a central person to receive in the system, much like the Voucher Approval process today.
