Can the “RECYCLE” logo be used without worry of misrepresentation?
Usually, when the “RECYCLE” logo is used the item has some percentage of post-consumer material in it. In our situation we are not repulping or remelting in order to add post-consumer materials. We are, however, reusing the original material and prolonging its useful life before it has to be repulped, remelted or otherwise disposed.
