Can the rebate programs be customized?
Yes it can. Some offices have expressed a desire to divide the $40 into, for example, $25 to the patient, $10 to the doctor, $5 to the dispenser. This can be done. The caveat is that when done this way our bank costs of processing cheques increases. As such we request that for example, with a purchase of 10 frames, we issue 10 cheques @ $25 each for the patients, one cheque for $100 for the O.D. to use as required for practice management, and one cheque for $50 for staff incentives.
