It is not recommended, EVER!. The REALSAUNA SAUNA SUIT should not be worn inside of areas having extremely high temperatures, or excessive humidity. Possible symptoms of heatstroke or heat exhaustion, such as dizziness, chills, redness of the skin, nausea or vomiting may occur and should be treated by a physician immediately. Attempting to further accelerate the sweat excretion process using this method is dangerous.
