Diluents (RD1-, RD5-, RD6-) and substrate may be interchanged if they have the same part AND lot number. R&D Systems does “whole kit QC” which means that we cannot support the use of other lot numbers substituted into an assay. Plates and Conjugate cannot be interchanged under any circumstance.
