No. Systems furniture and reconfiguration of systems furniture purchases are centralized and shall be purchased through the cognizant division within the Defense Facilities Directorate, even if the total is at or below the $3,000 micro-purchase limit. An SD form 474 shall be submitted to request the purchase and reconfiguration of all systems furniture to include filing cabinets and all components of the systems furniture layout.
