Can the puraDYN® system be installed on a new engine before it is broken in?
Yes! The puraDYN® System aids in the break-in period and ultimately contributes to longer engine life by removing the excessive break-in metal particles (1 micron or larger) that circulate through the engine during that time. These particles are not usually trapped by the engine’s full flow filter (15 microns or larger). If the engine comes with special break-in oil, follow the manufacturer’s recommended oil change interval, after installing the puraDYN® System.
