Can the puppies of unregistered parents (purebred), be registered themselves?
If it has to be that the parents are registered, well then who registered their parents, so on . Has to be a starting place right?? This is a whole chicken or the egg type thing and the answer is $$. Registration in the first place is nothing more than a way for snotty rich breeders to keep the average type person from being part of the whole scene. You dont want to be part of a group of subhumans like that anyway. Dont breed your dog, theres enough animals in the world. Get your animals through shelters or rescue groups.
