Can the public view and copy the annual filings submitted by charities to the Division?

0

Yes, annual filings are available online at www.mass.gov/ago/charitiesreports. Copies of annual filings may also be obtained by submitting a request to the Non-Profit Organizations/Public Charities Division by (i) mail at One Ashburton Place, 18th Floor, Boston, Massachusetts, 02108, (ii) email at charities@state.ma.us, or (iii) phone at (617) 727-2200, est. 2101. Please note, however, that persons requesting copies from the Division will be required to pay a fee of $0.25 per page so members of the public are strongly encouraged to use online access.
