Can the PSH be used for measuring power on loads controlled by variable frequency drives?

Yes, however it is critical that the PSH connections be made on the line (i.e. the supply to the VFD) NOT the load side (i.e. the output to the controlled load) of the Variable Frequency Drive controller. Connecting the PSH on the Load side of the drive will result in inaccurate readings and may result in permanent damage to the PSH.
