Yes, repeated non-compliance with the Policies and Procedures to include not submitting the required reports can be grounds for a Provider to lose its capability to award contact hours. 11. Question: Can a program be developed as a ‘Traveling (Road) Show?’ Answer: Yes, as long as the administrator and constituents lie within ANC-CHEP guidelines. For example the Chief, Quality Management can have her/his ‘Patient Safety’ program approved and later she/he can present it at ERMC Med-Surg Conference in Germany. She/he would furnish the certificate with her/his signature, the location where the activity is given, and the original ANC-CHEP number and contact hours. This person will be required to keep track of the number of attendees for the After Action Report. Please remember that the same guidelines apply as to who may receive contact hours. This Road Show can not be taken to the civilian community.
