Can the program on the iMac “Photobooth” be used with a Green Screen…?

If not could you recommend a good software program compatible with the iMac in which will allow me to use a Green Screen. It is for YouTube videos and I will be using the “Sony Handicam Mini DV” I really need help with this people, any advice would be appreciated.
