To create Perfect Print Emblems, the heat press should be able to reach 400 degrees Fahrenheit and apply a pressure of 70 psi for 50 seconds. Check that the temperature (400 degrees F) is even over the entire surface. Use a sensor (infrared gun) to check the temperature. The surface should also not be pitted.
