By rights they cannot do anything if you have lost the receipt. Depending on the size of the office you posted it from (ie, the smaller the better) and if you can remember roughly the time and date you posted it they may be able to find the reference number on their T&T Dispatch Report, however it is not guaranteed that they will / can do this If you can get this number from them you will be able to make a claim and also see why has signed for it on their website.
