A6: If you have a cat , the Portable Pet Door can be reduced in height for installation in a sliding window frame. The portable pet door is made of white melamine what means you can cut it to fit the height of your window . Remember to check the width of the fixed channel in the window frame as it should be a minimum of 17mm. If the width of the fixed channel in the window frame is less than 17 mm , you will need to make adjustments. These are not included in our standard fixing kit.
