The Policy may be cancelled online only if the Journey has not commenced subject to premium retention of Rs. 250/- (including Service Tax). Passport copy has to be submitted as proof. Any request for cancellation will be entertained not less than 14 days after the first date of insurance as indicated in the policy schedule.
