Can the PO be applied to dielectric regions as well?
It is possible to use the PO on dielectric bodies treated with the surface equivalence principle. If the model contains a dielectric region treated with the PO formulation, it may not have any other dielectric medium (including Green’s functions). It is also not possible to have a metallic PO region in the presence of any other dielectric bodies (in this case a reflection ground may be included).
